As signs point to an improving local real estate market, custom builder Gibraltar Homes has added eight new staff members to accommodate the rising demand and enhance their overall customer service experience.

David Erchul.
Brad Hamilton has been added to the estimating and purchasing department as a purchasing agent, while architect
Steve Nelson has joined the company’s in-house architectural services department as architect.
Gibraltar has also added new sales representatives in each of the local communities where it is currently building homes. Covering the Lakewood Ranch market are

Maureen Serrano, whose territory includes the Country Club East enclaves of Valderrama, Leopard Creek, Hazeltine, Secret Harbor, Royal Valley, Camargo and LaCantera. Heading north to Bougainvillea Place in Ellenton,
Vivian Militello and
Colin Sanchez are heading up sales in this gated, maintenance-free community, including the introduction of five new single-family designs priced from the $170s.
